Kitsune's Maison IV collects the label's best cuts of 2006, all of which were only previously released as hard-to-get 12-inch singles. Beginning with the opening tune by Jean-Benoit Dunckel's solo outing, Darkel, the fourth installment of Kitsune's series focuses on up-and-coming scenesters from the label's growing roster, including Thieves Like Us, Punks Jump Up and Guns N Bombs, whose tune "Crossover Appeal" is an infectious novelty for admirers of hipster electro-rock.
