Wagon Christ

Deft turntablists hook up with beat-devouring electronica artists for a match made in breakbeat/jungle heaven. Hyperactive scratching heightens the nervous energy already coursing through much of this music (see: Photek, Howie B, Propellerheads); elsewhere, the skittering vinyl noise adds impish playfulness. The whole thing works surprisingly well.
