It's probably not much of a surprise that this album of fast-paced tunes sounds like a video-game soundtrack populated predominantly by Asian bands, hip-hop artists and globe-trotting DJs. After all, it's the soundtrack to the third in a series of films about driving fast that are often cast with emcees-turned-actors, and this one's set in Japan. What is surprising is how good the album is, thanks to the rather stellar lineup: peppy hip-poppers Far*East Movement, girl group revivalists The 5.6.7.8's and the always-fab Tego Calderon.
