Andre Nickatina

About

Entering the rap game as Dre Dog in 1993 with The New Jim Jones, Andre Nickatina is a San Francisco O.G. and one of the Bay's most respected slang spitters. His straight-ahead rhyme style, crime-addled lyrics, and funkdified beatscapes (usually provided by Nick Peace) have made him a local favorite, while his extensive catalog of work continues to win him fans across the globe. He is featured on many Bay Area compilations and dropped album after album during the later half of the nineties. His records include the near-classic Cocaine Rhymes, These R The Times, and Daquiri Factory.
