Electric Blue lights up the synapses like a 3 a.m. hit of amyl, its hi-NRG rush sweetly haunted by the near-accusatory melancholy of Bell's high tenor. Propaganda's Claudia Bruchen proves a wonderful vocal foil, and while "I Thought It Was You" with Jake Shears capsizes under camp, what exactly did you expect?
