Bow Wow

About

Since he was discovered (and named) by Snoop Dogg at the tender age of six, Lil' Bow Wow has been putting in a good amount of work, appearing on soundtracks like Wild Wild West and Big Momma's House. In 2000, at the age of 13, he released his debut album Beware of Dog. Produced by Jermaine Dupri (also responsible for the success of Kris Kross and Da Brat), the album's catchy beats, curseless rhymes and heavily rotated single "Bounce With Me" made Bow Wow a hugely popular superstar. His second LP, Doggy Bag, dropped in late 2001 and features the hit "Thank You." In 2003, Bow Wow returned with Unleashed, which was cowritten by Atlanta favorite T.I. It includes strong collabos with Amerie, Jagged Edge and Mario, plus the hit single "Let's Get Down" with Baby. Two years later came the release of his fourth LP, Wanted. His 2006 effort, The Price of Fame, spawned the hits "Shortie Like Mine" featuring Chris Brown and "Outta My System" with T-Pain. In 2009, Bow Wow released New Jack City II, which includes guests like T.I. and Ron Browz.
