This retrospective of the Cabs' early years features their best known work from the period, particularly "Baader Meinhof," "Do the Mussolini" and "Nag Nag Nag," all of which are just as grinding and machine-made as ever. Sounding in places like Mark E. Smith falling down the stairs with a drum machine onto a pile of old Casio keyboards, this is a key foundation for much of the electronica and industrial experimental music that followed.
