Generally you don't think of Celia Cruz as an artist who needs freshening up -- people half her age couldn't keep up with Cruz's high-voltage salsa -- but this hits mix does just that. Slip a few dance beats under "La Vida Es Un Carnival," and suddenly a whole different crowd gets to groove to La Reina. "Hay Que Empezar Otra Vez" mines fertile reggaeton territory.
