Clark Kessinger

About

Hands down, Kessinger is one of the fiddle's great masters. Born in the nineteenth century, he rewarded audiences with energetic performances right up until he died in 1975. A native of West Virginia, he was one of Appalachian music's greats, specializing in short, festive dance songs like the hornpipe.
