"Sweet Carrie" introduces Dailey & Vincent's self-titled debut with a barn-burning bluegrass stomper that would make for an ideal soundtrack to any old timey getaway scene, but don't think for a moment that picking at the speed of light is their one-trick pony. Jamie Dailey and Darrin Vincent have been playing and singing together since the respective ages of nine and six. This is hardly surprising when you hear how flawlessly and perfectly their Louvin Brothers-inspired inflections braid together, especially on more moving gospel tinged numbers like "My Savior Walks With Me Today."
