David Gilmour

This release captures the final set of Gilmour's 2006 world tour. The majestic sound and expansive mood work for both Gilmour's solo songs (including tunes from the LP On An Island, which bests latter day Pink Floyd) and classics from the guitarist's tenure with one of the greatest bands in rock history. This sadly stands as the last document of Richard Wright's singular keyboard work -- like Gilmour, he was an integral part of what made Pink Floyd a special band, one that will continue to be discovered by successive generations.
