On their third LP for Capitol, L.A. favorites Dilated Peoples stick to the script, unleashing another solid collection of neck-breaking beats and no-nonsense wordplay. Offering true hip-hop devoid of gimmicks or blatant catering to radio, the trio gets busy on tracks like "Love And War" and "Reach Us."
