DJ Nesty

Why is it that deejays use up all their good ideas in the intro? Nesty's got a way with big beats -- when he wants to, his bass can flip your ride upside down, and nowhere is that more apparent than in the simply named "Intro DJ Nesty." But what sounds so fresh early on gets a little old halfway through the album. Between the rehashed mid-'90s rave and the unsupple reggaeton beat, there's not a lot of breathing room. Still, this is the album that launched the great "Me Estas Tentando," and that's worth a lot. Drop one of these tracks on the dancefloor and watch it explode.
