Cheb I Sabbah

It's hard to believe that Sabbah could improve on 2000's Shri Durga but Krishna Lila does: it's so beautiful you won't want to turn it off. Devoting the entire album to bhajans (religious songs) addressed to Krishna, an avatar of the god Vishnu, Sabbah makes heavy use of the vocalist Radhika and usual suspects like Bill Laswell. A winner from start to finish.
