Sabbah's magpie-like ability to find interesting, popular or long-forgotten tunes and repackage them for a Western audience reached its apotheosis on La Kahena. With La Ghriba the repackaging continues with remixing from Fnaire, Sandeep Kumar and Temple of Sound among others. The blend of old songs and new interpretations makes for an interesting listen.
