Dr. John's follow-up to the surpise hit In the Right Place keeps Allen Toussaint and the Meters on board. Sadly, chart lightening just didn't strike twice, and Dr. John ended up going in a more jazzy direction after this. "What Comes Around" deserved to be an FM rock hit, while key tracks like "Mos' Scocious," "Let's Make a Better World," "(Everybody Wanna Get Rich) Rite Away" and the tender "Go Tell the People all make this a keeper. Dig that felt marker album cover.
