Eliane Elias

A companion album to Diana Krall's The Look of Love, this lushly orchestrated bossa nova session downplays Elais' superb piano chops in favor of her pleasingly subdued vocals. It's a solid, romantic effort that puts an artful, contemporary spin on the 1960s Rio sound. The Elias original "Movin' Me On" is a respectable bid for smooth jazz radio airplay.
