When an album has a cover like this, is called Elf and, most important, features the great Ronnie James Dio putting every Grade Z bar band there ever was to shame with his pre-evil midget, decidedly hairy-chested vocals -- well, we just have to write about it, regardless of a limiting idea like "quality."
