Frankie Laine

About

Though today he seems almost as square as Pat Boone, Frankie Laine was one of the biggest chart-toppers of the early 1950s. He had hits with every conceivable kind of material -- Big Band, ethnic folk, Rockabilly, and Gospel. In the '60s, he became a country and western sensation in Europe.
