Gerry Mulligan

A nostalgic 1974 reunion of the "'50s cool school," Mulligan, Baker and Stan Getz (whose contributions were unfortunately cut from the LP for contractual reasons) join a band of young lions comprised of John Scofield, Bob James, Dave Samuels, Ron Carter and Harvey Mason. The stars were not happy to see each other again but you can't tell that from the music being created.
