Groove Collective have become a signature sound of both Acid-Jazz and New York City with their funky instrumental tracks and hip hop inspired grooves. Their multi-faceted sound benefits from a wide variety of instruments, including horns, vibes and percussion. The amazing thing about this sprawling 14-piece ensemble is that each member is good enough to lead a group of their own, but somehow they find a way to lay back and chip in the perfect rhythmic part to fit the song. From Latin madness to Drum 'n' Bass, Groove Collective have found a new way to play danceable music, thick with intense jazz improvisation.
