On the Happiness LTD EP, the Victoria foursome continues to branch out from its formula of indie rock as interpreted by Adam Ant. Gone are the economic, yet contagious, guitar hooks (and with them guitarist Dante DeCaro); in their place is a more sprawling power pop with mixed results. "When It All Comes Down" captures the enthusiasm and naivety of a 16-year-old's Saturday night (circa '79), while the acoustic versions of "My Best Friend" and "Give Up?" may be for devout fans only.
