Incubus

Incubus have been in and out of the Billboard Top 100 for nearly a decade, so it's high time for the SoCal surfer boys to release a best-of collection. Disc 1 features singles since 1999's breakthrough "Pardon Me," plus two new cuts, "Black Heart Inertia" and "Midnight Swim"; Disc 2 is a goodie bag of B-sides and rarities, and yes, "Let's Go Crazy" is a Prince cover (and they do nail that sweet guitar solo). While the comp hits the essential bases, it lacks material from their first two albums, failing to give a full overview of the band's evolution from funk metal to radio-ready rock.
