The No. 1 clue that Bennifer wasn't gonna make it? "Dear Ben," J-Lo's tribute to sweet, sweet celebrity love. A close second to that sapfest is this entire collection of love-drunk ballads and slow jams. It's not that there's nothing of value here: the sweetly hip "I'm Glad" is one of Lopez's best tracks, and even "Jenny from the Block," that embarrassing exercise in trying WAY too hard, is catchy. But the whole thing plays like the aural equivalent of a big, throbbing heart on your sleeve, coated in a vintage AM sheen. Call us cynical, but that's bound to doom any relationship.
