Jimmy Eat World

Late-coming fans to Jimmy Eat World will get a lesson in the band's emo roots with their first major label record and even though its still laden with catchy hooks and chugging guitars buildups that made them huge, the band's scruffy punk bent dictates the aesthetic. The pair of additional tracks here, "77 Satellites" (which has had two previous vinyl releases, both long out of print) and "What Would I Say to You Now" (released as a bonus numerous times), show both ends of the spectrum, and round out this great early record.
