Rhapsody

On this 1972 album, Lennon got to do everything he claimed that he was barred from doing with the Beatles: the music is a rough/tough update on old school rock while the lyrics are open and confrontational. Intentions aside, this is a career low with only a couple cuts like "The Luck of the Irish" and a live take of "Cold Turkey" worth revisiting. John, you should've kicked Yoko and her radical friends out of the studio and given Paul a call.
