A New York emcee with a knack for witty flows, Kurious scored a big hit with his first single "Walk Like A Duck" back in '93. His debut album, A Constipated Monkey, dropped the following year. It sported absurdly nice production by the Beatnuts and Pete Nice as well as guest appearances by Casual, MF Grimm (then known as the Grimm Reaper), and Sadat X, among others. The record flaunted several choice jams like "I'm Kurious," "Uptown Sh*t," and "Nikole," and it is still considered a hip-hop classic. After several years on the DL, Kurious reemerged in '99 on "?" from MF Doom's Operation: Doomsday. Rumors continue to swirl about a long-awaited new record.
