Lizzy Borden

About

Lizzy Borden were major players in SoCal's glam metal scene during the 1980s -- important enough to warrant inclusion in Penelope Spheeris' The Decline of Western Civilization, Pt. 2: The Metal Years. By the time they released their final album, Give 'Em The Axe (1990), most people already had. Songs like "Love Kills," "Flesheater," and "Love You to Pieces" trucked in stale Alice Cooperisms, minus a sense of humor to keep them from sounding silly.
