This ultra-chic two-CD collection of essential sides from Rawls' 1960s Capitol period demonstrates his ease with jazz, blues, pop and increasingly wild psychedelic soul. Everything here is essential, but standouts include the previously unreleased "Scotch & Soda" and the hip "Hang Ups" (Lou thinks we've all got too many of those).
