Deep House guru, downtempo master and Acid Jazz fiend Mark Farina can set the proper mood in any lazy listening environment. Presently based in San Francisco, Farina began his DJ career at age 15, honing his skills by studying the moves of Chicago House masters. Responsible for spearheading the Mushroom Jazz record series and mixing it up on his San Francisco Sessions debut on Om Records, Farina makes appearances on various other compilations from labels all over the world including the much-respected United DJs of America collection. His ultramellow grooves send chill beats beneath a dubby mix of atmospheric melodies, smooth jazz aural textures and sexy wordless vocal clips, making him one of the most reputable DJ/producers on the dance music scene today.
