Mary Mary

This is not the single of the same name by Salvador and Los Lonely Boys. Mary Mary's cool groove stays sufficiently new school while old school to satisfy the Supremes. All four versions are substantially different from one another, each clearly style-marked. Surprisingly, "A Cappella" is the most striking, though "Nu Soul" is awfully tight with plenty funk in the bass.
