Melissa Etheridge's last album reflected the breakup of her 12-year relationship, so the upbeat, celebratory nature of Lucky may take some by surprise -- albeit a pleasant one. Her rootsy appeal shines brightly on the uptempo "If You Want To," as well as on "Breathe," which deals with missing loved ones on the road.
