It's hard to believe, but Minnie Driver was actually singing in London jazz clubs before she became a film star. In fact, Driver was in talks with Island Records (and later EMI) about getting a deal when her first major film, Circle of Friends, drew her away from music. Driver threw her energy into acting, but in 2004 she finally released her first album, Everything I've Got In My Pocket, on Zoe.
