Mya was originally known for her dancing, but when she focused her attention on singing, nothing could stop her perfect set of pipes from nudging their way onto the airwaves between the likes of Brandy and Aaliyah. Her production team keeps the beats tight -- especially when her cast of collaborators features such heavyweights as Babyface, Swizz Beatz, Dru Hill, Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliott, and Wyclef Jean. Fear of Flying (2000) hit the charts nearly as hard as her self-titled debut in 1998, and it doesn't look like she'll be stopping anytime soon.
