Scout Niblett

This is not music for lovers. It is music for obsessing, stalking, revenge ("Your Last Chariot"? Yikes!) and being on the verge of a nervous breakdown. And come on, we've all been there. So if you find yourself in your dark place, turn to Scout Niblett, purveyor of all sounds dark, stark and raving mad (which are also sometimes quite lovely, as is the case with "Black Hearted Queen," a rich canvas of self-loathing). At least she will totally rock your sad, bitter socks off. Just watch out for the feedback (a full thirty seconds of it!) at the end of "Hide and Seek."
