If you think dancehall and gun-happy booty-jams are synonymous, hold onto your wig. Sizzla can drop four albums in a year and make all of them count, and that mad prolific streak runs wild on Ghetto Youth-ology, which marries its burning thirst for righteousness with a meticulous attention to production. You know an album's good when even its most stridently political songs make you want to dance, and so it is with "Hey Youth" or "Black Man in the White House." (A few others fall flat.) Rastafari and romance get their due here as well, proving Sizzla is no one-trick pony.
