Not quite the bare-naked dive into the abyss that is The Madcap Laughs, this album is held together by Dave Gilmour and Rick Wright, who are trying to make some semblance out of Barrett's tweaked melodies Although the album is unfocused, it's still got tracks like "Gigolo Aunt" and "Effervescent Elephant," both of which are great and make absolutely no sense.
