At 17 songs, Tears for Fears' Shout: Best Of runs about six tracks too long, but the fact that a handful of "misses" are included might make this tomb more attractive to die-hard fans. All your favorite '80s hits are here, including early ones such as "Pale Shelter," "Change" and "Mad World." And what would a TFF hits package be without acknowledging Songs from the Big Chair? Enter "Shout," "Head Over Heels" and "Everybody Wants to Rule the World." This collection follows TFF into the '90s with "Sowing the Seeds of Love" and "Laid So Low" -- not bad, but no match for their earlier gems.
