The Austin Lounge Lizards

About

They're from Austin but Lounge they are not. This tight, progressive-leaning Bluegrass outfit widen the appeal of their music with knee-slapping humor and cutting commentary on current events. A Hee-Haw comparison is the obvious one, but only if Dennis Miller were hired to do the writing -- this is Hee Haw with a high level of erudition and irony.

- Chad Driscoll
