This daunting two-disc marathon features the 1970 double (Untitled) and (Unissued) -- 15 tracks of alternate versions, rare live stuff and previously unreleased material. (Untitled) itself is made up of a live set ("Lover of the Bayou" and "Nashville West" are really awesome) followed by Roger McGuinn, Gene Parsons and Clarence White all contributing studio songs. White's Lowell George cover, "Truck Stop Girl," is of particular interest, and "Chestnut Mare" was a Top 40 hit in the U.K. A cover of Leadbelly's ode to good coke, "Take a Whiff on Me," is another one you'll wanna hear.
