Highlighted by the great "I'm From the Country" and the Jimmy Buffett-genius of "Ten Rounds With Jose Cuervo," this collection nicely covers Byrd's career. The country crooner can be a real tough guy, and the best songs are the ones where he sounds like George Jones fronting Skynyrd or like he's threatening people with his shotgun -- or both.
